About Us

Everyone is welcome and encouraged to join the PTA! Being a member does not have to be a time commitment, it can just be a single action (joining PTA) in support of the staff and students of Judy K Miller. However, if you want to do more, we have several volunteer and executive board opportunities as well. Everyone does not have the same schedule flexibility, but there is something for everyone, with every kind of schedule. We are just every day parents, trying to do the best we can for our school. Meet "us", the current Executive Board for the 2022-23 school year.

Executive Board

A PTA Executive Board is composed of several positions and roles. Members are elected into these roles each year in April. The people in these positions are responsible for leading the school PTA towards specific goals chosen by its members. The officers of the Executive Board hold their positions for an entire school year and attend all monthly meetings. The committee chairs are responsible for specific tasks and projects, some being year long and others being one or two events.
